Louise's Story
Louise spent 15 years living in China and India before returning to the UK in 2019 and settling into the quiet landscapes of North Wales.
She brought home more than memories - her house is filled with fabrics, furniture and homeware gathered along the way. That passion for Chinoiserie and Indian-inspired design became the heart of The Bamboo Bird.
Today, every lampshade and garment is handmade using traditional techniques, each one a small, unique piece of that journey.
